You can fill up on culture when you stroll through the enchanted alleys of Bürgstadt and look up at the many historic buildings; You can also enter the museum run by the Bürgstadt local history association - it is dedicated to local history, viticulture and sandstone extraction. Be sure to marvel at the beautiful vineyards on the Bürgstädter slopes, which are cultivated by passionate private winegrowers.

The neighboring town of Miltenberg with its historic center is worth a visit. Exuberant wine festivals, the Michaelis Fair, the Main riverside promenade and hearty inns offer a variety of impressions. In Bürgstadt itself you can go hiking - on a total of eight circular hikes you will come a good deal closer to the level-headed soul of nature and impressive views. Perhaps venture even further out - and immerse yourself in the golden surroundings of the Odenwald and Spessart.
